What’s really useful is the exercises are listed at the front of the book, so once you know them, it is easy to locate them again. Mastroberte does recommend reading the entire book before doing the exercises but I think most people will find the exercises so engaging they will want to start using them right away. Audio recordings are available as well which makes it even easier to use this information. Not only is this a profoundly helpful book, it’s also a lot of fun and can open new doorways to living a happy, successful, and fulfilling life.
